We would like to share with you our great success - we passed the unannounced IFS Food audit with flying colours. Unannounced means that the auditors do not announce the recertification date in advance. Therefore, we had to be prepared every day that an unannounced visitor would arrive and be allowed into the production facility within 20 minutes of arrival. However, nothing surprised us because our production areas are always immaculately clean, starting with the production area, the areas for heat treatment of meat products, packaging and dispatch. After three challenging days, we can confirm that we have once again passed the demanding IFS Food recertification process at the Higher Level. The VÁHALA team
